The PCOM Act 48 Request Form is to be used by professional educators who have successfully completed continuing education credits at 色中色.
Act 48 requires that every five years, all certified educators earn six college credits, six continuing professional education credits, or any combination of collegiate studies, continuing professional education courses or learning experiences equivalent to 180 hours. 色中色 has been authorized to submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Education graduate credit courses only.
