Our Focus on Wellness

Just as we train osteopathic physicians to practice a 鈥渨hole person鈥� approach in caring for patients, we practice a 鈥渨hole person鈥� approach to employee wellness鈥攁n approach that recognizes the importance of physical, mental and emotional fitness in carrying out PCOM鈥檚 mission.

What We Offer

色中色 offers the following wellness services for employees:

• Health advocate
• On-campus seminars, classes and other wellness events
• Carebridge employee assistance program

PCOM employees on the Philadelphia campus have access to the activities center. PCOM Georgia employees have access to the fitness center and recreation area.

Additionally, PCOM employees have access to a wide array of reimbursements, savings and discounts through our insurance provider.
